Who I am

Saas-Anna is operated by Anna Ursin, an independent consultant based in Finland. Contact: saas-anna.com/contact.

What this policy covers

This policy covers (1) the saas-anna.com website and (2) any developer applications I operate that integrate with third-party services (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) on my own behalf.

Website (saas-anna.com)

The website is a static marketing site. It does not set first-party tracking cookies. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) may be retained by the hosting provider (Vercel) for operational purposes.

If you contact me via the email address or phone number on the contact page, or book a call via Calendly, the data you provide is stored only for the purpose of replying to you and conducting our business relationship.

Developer applications

I operate small developer applications that integrate with third-party APIs (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Workspace) using my own authenticated credentials. These applications:

• Are operated solely by me, for my own account on the relevant third-party service
• Do not collect, process, or store data belonging to other users of those services
• Store any OAuth tokens locally on my own machine, and transmit data only to the third-party API the application is designed to integrate with
• Do not share data with any third party other than the API the application connects to

Specifically, the Saas-Anna Personal Posting LinkedIn application uses LinkedIn API permissions (w_member_social, profile, email, openid) scoped exclusively to my own LinkedIn account, in order to publish posts to my own profile programmatically.

Third-party services

saas-anna.com and my applications use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing data they hold about you.

• Vercel — hosts saas-anna.com. May retain standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for operational purposes. Vercel privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN, which means Google may receive your IP address when you visit pages on this site. Google privacy policy.
• Calendly — used to book discovery calls. If you book a call, the data you provide (name, email, time slot, optional notes) is stored in Calendly. Calendly privacy policy.
• LinkedIn — used (a) as the platform for the developer applications described above, and (b) as a public link from this site. LinkedIn collects no data about you from this site unless you click the link. LinkedIn privacy policy.
• GitHub — used only as a public link from this site to github.com/saas-anna. GitHub collects no data about you from this site unless you click the link. GitHub privacy policy.
• Google Workspace — I use Google Workspace internally (Gmail, Drive, Docs) for my own business operations. If you email me, your email is stored in Gmail. Google privacy policy.

This list reflects the services in use as of the date above. If new services are added, this page will be updated.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights to access, rectify, or delete personal data held about you, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email me via the address on the contact page.
